Vehicle stolen from roadside

An Orangeburg man’s green 1996 Ford Explorer broke down on Neeses Highway Thursday.

He left the vehicle unattended to get help but when he returned it was gone. The Explorer is valued at $3,000.

In other unrelated incidents;

* A Cordova woman had $2,000 worth of rims and tires stolen from her back yard on Thursday.

* On Wednesday, A Eutawville man discovered someone had broken into two of his sheds, causing $100 worth of damage. A lawn mower, valued at $1,000, and several other items, valued at $800, were missing.
